.: KSI Convention 2003 :.

Following on from the Canberra Convention, the Brisbane Convention expanded further on the SAP in PNG by focusing on the Current Socio Economic Issues. The major theme adopted in the 2003 Convention was Current PNG Socio-Economic Development Issues

Mr. Joseph Lelang, First Assistant Secretary, Department of Planning and Rural Development (PNG) delivered the keynote address for this convention.  Mr. Lelang's deliberation set the tone of the proceedings of the convention by giving invaluable socio-economic statistics on how PNG pars within our region and the world.
